Life Is Better
Together.
ATC Community Circles are where members share their lives outside the gym — grow together, stay accountable, and show up for each other through the highs and lows.

Circles Can Form
Around Anything
You don’t need our blessing to build community. If you’ve got an interest and a few members who share it — that’s a circle. Here are a few ideas to get you thinking.
Faith & Scripture
Bible studies, devotionals, and faith-rooted discussion groups — like our Bema crew.
Run Club / Hike Crew
Take training outside. Meet up for long runs, weekend hikes, and local races.
Moms Who Lift
For mamas balancing kids, work, and training. Real talk, real support, real reps.
Nutrition Accountability
Share meal preps, check in on goals, and stay locked in between coaching sessions.
Challenge Teams
Team up for Summer Shred and seasonal challenges. Competition plus camaraderie.
Coffee & Conversation
Post-workout hangs, brunches, and social meetups. The gym is just the starting line.

Dream It
Pick something you’re into — a book, a trail, a hobby, a cause. Anything you’d want to do with other humans.
Gather Your Crew
Rally at least 2 other members. Talk it up before class. Post in the member group. Find your people.
Tell Us
Email info@arizetrainingclub.com with your circle idea. We’ll announce it to the community and help you grow.
Circle FAQ
A Community Circle is a small group of ATC members — typically 3 to 8 people — who meet up regularly around a shared interest. It's how we extend the community beyond the gym floor.
Visit the Community Circles page and use the contact email listed with each Circle. We'll introduce you to the circle lead and get you connected.
Community Circles are a members-only perk, but your first class is always free. If a Circle caught your eye, come try a workout and see if ATC feels like home.
Any active ATC member. You don't need to be a coach or have any formal qualifications — just passion for the topic and a willingness to organize meetups.
That's up to the Circle. Some meet weekly, some monthly, some only during challenge seasons. The only rule is: if nobody's showing up, it's not really a Circle.
Start one. Seriously. If you've got an interest and a few people who share it, that's all you need. We'll help you launch it.
Your First Class Is Free
Come train. Meet the crew. Find your Circle. No credit card, no commitment.
