FAQ

Getting Started

Yes — your first workout is completely free, no strings attached. Sign up through PushPress, show up, and experience a full session with our coaches. No credit card required.

Arize Training Club is a coach-led group training gym, not an open gym. Every session is led by two coaches who guide a 40-minute workout that blends cardio and strength training. Sessions are scalable for every fitness level, from beginners to advanced athletes.

You'll meet a coach, get a walkthrough of the gym and movements, and jump into a 40-minute session with the team. Two coaches guide every class, so you'll never feel lost.

Just bring water, a towel, and athletic shoes. Everything else you need for a great workout is provided. Keep it simple and come ready to train.

Sign up online through PushPress to reserve your first free class. Walk-ins are also welcome. You can reach us by phone at (405) 358-3266 if you have questions before your first visit.

We are located at 831 N Cemetery Rd Suite B-5, Yukon, OK 73099. ATC members drive from across the metro to train here, including from Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont, El Reno, Blanchard, Tuttle, and NW Oklahoma City.

Perfect. Our coaches modify every movement for every level. You're not expected to keep up with anyone — you're expected to show up. Beginners and advanced athletes train side by side, and we handle the rest.

No. We have members from age 12 to 65. The only thing they had in common on day one was showing up for the first time.

Workouts & Programs

Each 40-minute session blends resistance training, HIIT, functional work, and conditioning into one cohesive workout. Two coaches are present every class to guide form and intensity. The programming is designed to be scalable, so every fitness level trains together while working at their own appropriate intensity.

ATC uses periodized strength programming — not random WODs or heart-rate chasing. Two coaches per class means you get actual form coaching and accountability, not just an instructor with a mic. And every session is scalable, so you train at your level while progressing every cycle.

Every single group session has two coaches on the floor. That means more attention, better form corrections, and real accountability every time you show up.

Our coaches modify every movement for individual needs. Beginners and athletes dealing with injuries or physical limitations train alongside more advanced members in the same sessions. The coaching staff is experienced in scaling workouts to meet you exactly where you are.

Comfortable activewear and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel. We provide all the equipment you need.

Personal Training

It's a 15-minute conversation with a coach. We'll talk about your goals, your training history, and what's been holding you back. Then we'll show you how we'd build your program. No commitment required.

Yes. Many of our PT clients also attend group classes. Your coach can design your programming to complement your group training schedule.

That's exactly who personal training is for. Your coach starts where you are and builds from there — no expectations, no comparisons. You'll learn the movements, build confidence, and progress at your pace.

No. Personal training is available in single sessions or ongoing packages. We'll discuss options during your free consult and find what fits your goals and schedule.

More Questions

Nutrition Coaching

No. Nutrition coaching is available to anyone — members and non-members alike. That said, members who pair coaching with training tend to see faster results.

Coaching. You'll get a customized nutrition strategy, but the real value is the ongoing relationship — regular check-ins, adjustments, and a coach who helps you build habits that last. Not a PDF you'll forget in a week.

No. Sustainable nutrition isn't about restriction. Your coach builds your plan around the foods you enjoy and the lifestyle you live. If a plan makes you miserable, it won't last.

Pricing depends on the coaching format and frequency. Schedule a free consult and your coach will walk you through options that fit your goals and budget.

Frequency depends on your plan, but most members check in weekly or biweekly. Your coach is also available between sessions for quick questions.

More Questions

HSA / FSA

TrueMed specializes in this process — it's faster (3 minutes vs. scheduling a doctor visit), cheaper ($30 one-time vs. a copay), and they guarantee reimbursement once you qualify.

No. ATC cannot accept HSA/FSA cards at checkout. You pay your membership as normal, then submit receipts to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.

Your savings equal your income tax rate. Most members save 30–40% on their membership by reimbursing with pre-tax funds.

If TrueMed determines you don't qualify for an LMN, you won't be charged the $30 fee.

ATC Community Circles

A Community Circle is a small group of ATC members — typically 3 to 8 people — who meet up regularly around a shared interest. It's how we extend the community beyond the gym floor.

Visit the Community Circles page and use the contact email listed with each Circle. We'll introduce you to the circle lead and get you connected.

Community Circles are a members-only perk, but your first class is always free. If a Circle caught your eye, come try a workout and see if ATC feels like home.

Any active ATC member. You don't need to be a coach or have any formal qualifications — just passion for the topic and a willingness to organize meetups.

That's up to the Circle. Some meet weekly, some monthly, some only during challenge seasons. The only rule is: if nobody's showing up, it's not really a Circle.

Start one. Seriously. If you've got an interest and a few people who share it, that's all you need. We'll help you launch it.
