You'll meet a coach, get a walkthrough of the gym and movements, and jump into a 40-minute session with the team. Two coaches guide every class, so you'll never feel lost.

Each 40-minute session blends resistance training, HIIT, functional work, and conditioning into one cohesive workout. Two coaches are present every class to guide form and intensity.
