Wife. Mom of three. Jesus-lover. Naperville-raised, Oklahoma-grounded. Kelly believes fitness should include a lot of laughter and real life — not look like a punishment for eating dessert.
She struggled with her weight and consistency for years before finding ATC. That’s why she coaches the way she does: she gets the guilt, the exhaustion, and the constant giving of yourself to everyone else. Class with Kelly is the small piece of the day that’s yours — recharge, get strong, walk out lighter.

When new members start with her, she meets them where they are and walks them through it step by step. The goal isn’t intensity on day one. The goal is for walking into the gym to start feeling like something you actually look forward to.

Kelly’s in the same season of life as the parents she coaches — mom of three, juggling kids and life. That’s why she goes hard for the moms in class: she knows what showing up actually costs, and she makes sure that hour pays off.
She’s also the floor lead for our lower-body and glute camps. If you came in for the leg day, she’s the one programming it.
