About Maleyia
Maleyia grew up in Oklahoma City. Outside of ATC she works as a Senior Marketing & Communications Analyst at Dycom Industries. Inside ATC, she’s the person you want next to you on the day you don’t feel ready.
She’s been exactly where a lot of our members are — the cycle of starting and restarting, the frustration of losing and regaining the same weight, the setback of injuries. C-section mama. Injury survivor. She knows how heavy that journey can feel, and she’s passionate about helping people move past the “restarts” and build a foundation — mental and physical — that actually sticks.
“You are enough because God says you are — you just have to believe it.”
If you’re brand new and nervous, this is what she wants you to know: “I’ve been exactly where you are and I’ll hype you up every step of the way.” Expect to leave class with heavier weights in your hands and someone yelling for you the whole time.

Comeback Stories
Maleyia loves coaching beginners and the people struggling with confidence after an injury, time away, or weight gain. The first 90 days back in the gym are mental as much as physical — she’s the coach who’s going to remind you that you’re capable of more than you think.
