ATC Coach · Tuesday Nights On The Mic
About Scott
Military brat — born in Scotland, grade school in Texas, teen years in England, then back to Oklahoma to graduate high school at Lawton Ike. Outside of ATC, he’s an automotive technician. He calls himself the old man trying to keep up.
Scott is married to his best friend. 25 years of ups and (lots of) downs taught them that fitness, done together, can be its own kind of therapy. Finishing the 180 with her was the milestone he’s most proud of, and that experience is what he brings to the floor every Tuesday night.
“Give it 100%. Don’t cheat yourself.”
His favorite part of coaching is the transformation — the physical, the spiritual, the mental. Watching someone smile after they did something they didn’t think was possible. Fair warning: he gets a little loud when he gets pumped up. That’s the point.

Rebuilding
Scott loves coaching the people who took a break to raise a family and are ready to rebuild. He’s done it himself, with his wife. He knows the rust, the doubt, the “am I too late” questions — and he knows how good it feels on the other side of them.
If Tuesday 6 PM is your class, Scott is on the mic and the floor — high-energy, no-nonsense, and (loudly) cheering for every rep you didn’t think you had.
